Standard Recruitment Vs. SuiteBrick

Both recruiters and our clients often express frustration with the industry. Many recruitment agencies operate with high turnover rates among their representatives who frequently prioritize competing for incentives & commission over delivering quality results. 


At SuiteBrick, our commitment is to build strong, lasting relationships with both our candidates and clients. We strive to deeply understand your businesses needs, challenges, and team dynamics. Our goal is to be a trusted advisor on market trends, even when you’re not actively hiring. We aim to streamline your recruitment process along with crafting compelling job advertisements, negotiating competitive offers, and avoiding high-pressure tactics, at the most competitive rates in the industry.

Our Service Offerings

Full-Time, Permanent Hires

Contingent:  All of our services are free including sending resumes, booking interviews, prepping candidates, reference checking, negotiating offers etc. until the candidate starts


Retained: Great model for multiple roles, building out teams, high salaried/niche roles - gives us the commitment we need to dedicate a team for your roles and guarantees we prioritize your positions


SuiteBrick Style:  Split the fee over a 3 month period.  Instead of a big one-time fee,  spread out the risk

Contract/Temporary Hires

We don't charge a recruitment fee for contract/temporary hires.  We will work entirely within your budget and provide the best resources available so you aren't spending any more than originally intended.


We place contractors in the following formats:


  1. Full-Time: 40 hours a week (Or More)
  2. Part-Time: Less than 30 hours a week
  3. As Needed: Contractors who can consult with no commitment, 0-40 hours a week depending on the work
  4. Bench: Contractors who are open to signing up with no upfront commitment, in exchange for being prioritized on future projects
  5. Near- Shore: Candidates who reside in North America, Central America, and South America
  6. Off-Shore: Candidates who reside everywhere else!
